In 2008, in the small town of Freehold NJ, Leon Chantsev created a construction company, Noel Contractors. He structured the company to be a community-based company serving Central New Jersey and parts of New York City.
Leon began his career working with his father at the age of 16. His father was a master builder and carpenter. Throughout the years he has worked with all the trades creating amazing homes and commercial properties. He has gathered a long list of professionals who work with him to execute projects to precision.
